Welcome to Magpies Dental and Practice

where we help you and your family to have healthy, happy smiles in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We offer both NHS and Private dental treatments. Magpies Dental and Facial Aesthetics is a center of clinical excellence.

Appointments and Emergencies

We do our best to see patients with dental emergencies on the day they contact us. It is best to call us as early as you can, so we can arrange to see you.

Private Treatment Appointments are available in the evenings and Saturdays. Our Hygienist also has late Monday appointments for your convenience.

For emergency help outside opening hours, please telephone the practice and listen to the recorded message for advice and contact numbers.

Please give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep an appointment. If you do not let us know in advance a cancellation fee may be payable.

Disabled Access

We have a ground floor surgery and can provide access for people with disabilities. Our restroom facilities are situated upstairs so unfortunately we are unable to offer accessible restroom facilities.

If you have any special requirements, please call in advance to ensure we are able to meet them.

There is a free public car park situated very near the practice.

Complaints

Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur. We operate an In-House practice complaints procedure as part of our practice improvement system. Our system meets national criteria.

If patients are not satisfied with the result of our procedure then a complaint may be made to the Dental Complaints Service on 08456 120540. Their website, www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk is funded by the General Dental Council, www.gdc-uk.org .
